Totally cool people! Didnt know shop moved to across the street but same polite and helpful guys as always! Definitely recommend to stop by for parts! Kindly offered me some lube when I forgot to oil my chain at home - didnt even charge me! Grab a coffee nearby and let them give your bike a quick service!
Spokes Epping is an excellent bike shop I found the people running it extremely polite and helpful and came up trumps when I needed any repairs and maintenance after my purchase, you would not get help like I did from a large retailer, I would recommend anyone using this local bike shop in preference to a large shop because the aftercare is so much better.
Brilliant advice , service and price from Jason at Spokes .. ( I had made a school boy mistake and bought a bike online which I had to return as rubbish-not worth it) .You need proper advice when buying a bike you will own for years and they provided it. Ended up with a fantastic Marlin and they set up and even delivered it to my home on same day. John Lewis experience.Don't go anywhere else . Top people.
Really great shop and service! I popped in after my crank fell off during a cycle from London to Suffolk over the weekend. They were able to work out why it had happened and sorted it for me there and then. Very reasonable price for doing so and friendly conversation while I was waiting.
Fantastic service... Tyre ripped during a Sunday ride, fortunately I was nearby - 5 minutes later I was back on the road with a new one fitted. Didn't charge for service either. Very useful for any road cyclists in the Epping Forest area.
