Mostly good can trust them.and they try to.lool afyer ypu cant say 100% happy but in the high 80% happy
Genuine heroes, I couldn't be more grateful for all their help and time they've given to me for next to nothing. Halfords butchered my Peugeot when having a clutch replaced and PMW took on all the problems that went along with it at a more than reasonable price, Halfords refunded my money (that is how badly they'd bodged the job) - PMW are properly honest mechanics! I have been using PMW for many years, even when I had a Japanese Car. I trust them to only do the work necessary and always after checking that it is ok to go ahead. They will book the car in and do it when they say they will. Recently when I noticed a worn tyre, I called in the morning and by the afternoon I had a new tyre on my car. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
Oh dear, the worst garage I have dealt with in over 30 years of motoring. Catalogue of errors, car went in twice and comes out with more issues than when it went in with. They may be able to basic servicing, but anything more complex that involves error messages on dashboards etc then they are hopeless.They did in the end offer to fix their oversights, but by then I had lost all confidence in them and walked away and paid another garage to fix PMW Epping's mistake. As for their price for servicing, if your BMW is over four years old, then the BMW main dealers fixed price servicing is cheaper !
