I was reading some of the negative reviews before I called to book an appointment, I am so glad I didnt take much notice and decided to go along for a new patient check up on arriving I was greeted by two lovely receptionists straight away put my mind at ease they answered all my questions that I had, the reception desk had beautiful fresh cut flowers and a calming scented candle which was a lovely touch as well as up to date magazines which most places dont have.The dentist I see had an excellent bedside manner and listened to my concerns I have since finished my treatment and I have now taken the plunge to go ahead with teeth straightening with a removable brace which I have been told will take around 6-9 months to give me my confidence back. I would recommend this lovely practice I cant wait to start my cosmetic treatment and all be completed in time for my wedding
What an utterly transformation from inside and outside too; in my recent visit I was so impressed by members of staff and their knowledge about treatments; professionalism and friendly approach by receptionist and nurse completely makes me feel at ease knowing that overall outcome was outstanding.Highly recommend this clinic, pop in and come out with brand new smile
Called Epping dental today for an emergency appointment, chatted to a lovely receptionist who was so helpful and reassuring and offered me an appointment today even tho I had never been seen before at the practice, I found all the staff to be incredibly warm and friendly upon my arrival and have now become a registered patient on the NHS I was very pleased with the service provided to me in my hour of need, lovely team and lovely practice thanks for taking such good care of me today.
Lovely friendly practice great staff, I have seen the same dentist every time Ive gone for an appointment, I would highly recommend this practice since it has been taken over by new management, my treatment plan and the price has always been discussed with me and Ive been kept informed every step of the way regarding any changes to my treatment. Welcoming clean and I could tell it has been newly decorated, overall a great experience and I feel confident with the care.
There is something seriously amiss with this practice. The dentists and hygenists themselves are very good and as a nervous patient I was very satisfied. However in 6 months I have had 2 appointments cancelled when I arrived with no notice. The first dentist I had left very quickly which leads me to belive that poor management is an issue. Will not be returning.
