Purchased a pot of growing flowers which was lovely, however when it came to the gift wrap it was literally a clear plastic sleeve... No ribbon or anything... I was so embarrassed I took it off the plant before giving it as the gift it was intended to be.

This is a first for me, I never write a review or comment on the internet, but on this occasion I'm so angry, I felt compelled to write something.I have just spent 45 getting a bouquet of Peony's delivered.When it finally arrived (ordered at 10.30, delivered after 4pm), it had a tiny amount of the flower along with a load of lilies to pack it out.I called the shop, and spoke to a fairly aggressive manageress that kept repeating what a sales girl had written down. I tried to explain that what was written down did not in fact equate to what was said.The lady just would not let me get a word in, and I ended up explaining that after using the shop for over ten years I don't expect to be spoken to like that in that tone.I find it amazing with all the completion in the area service like that exists in a well established business.Its very sad that after all theses years, after one phone call my business will be going elsewhere.
