Lovely flooring shop. Always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble with a great selection of flooring. Theyve fitted our karndean, laminate, vinyl and carpet in all three of our houses over the last 15 years!

Really excellent service and expertly fitted!I was tempted to go to carpet right over the road but Forest Carpets was not only MUCH cheaper (do not fall for carpet rights 'sales') but also so much more helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Have recommended them to all my friends and am excited to have them do some Karndean in my kitchen and a posh stair runner next month! Thanks again!
I am going to start by saying that I will never use this company again. I first ordered my landing and stair carpet at the start of October 2015. The carpet needed to be made and Forest carpets placed the order. After weeks of chasing them for a fitting date we were given a date for the end of November and sure enough the fitter turned up on the day agreed. Within the hour the fitter tried to talk me into having the carpet fitted in a different way as James hadn't ordered enough carpet. I clearly said no as it would have meant that the strips in the carpet would have been uneven on each side. We then called the shop some 3 days later to find out what was going on! I was told that they have ordered more carpet and they will call me once they had spoken to the manufacturers. I then called them again about 4 weeks later to be told that the carpet will not be in to them until the middle of January. I call them in the middle of January to be told that they will look into it and let me know. To my surprise I did get a call back one week later to say that the carpet was due into them on the 29th of January and that once it comes in they will call to arrange a fitting date. This morning 15/02/16 I called to find out what is going on and was told that the carpet was due in by the end of this week and they will call to arrange fitting. I have no confidence that this will happen. The customer service of this company is shocking to say the least and I will be steering well clear in the future. If I ever get my carpet fitted.
