A compete and utter waste of time. I would not touch this company with a barge pole. They use underhand tactics to try and entice you so beware.
This broker is rubbish. I had a problem with my V5. I told them and was told that it would not be a problem. Two months later my insurer cancelled my policy. They took 372pounds from me and offered me 72 back. Now I have to pay for the storage of my vehicle. My advice is do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!
This is more likely a bunch of crooks and not an insurance company. I had to pay with bank transfer so I could't get my money back, just ruthless people really and they won't listen to anything you have to say. I wasted so much time and money that I feel exhausted and depressed now. Please consider it very carefully if you think of using them.
They will take your deposit money and you'll never see it again. They ask for a large 30% deposit upfront via bank transfer. They then canceled my insurance and gave me the run around for weeks pretending they would sort out a refund. But I got nothing. They will keep your money be warned! I'm taking my complaint to the FCO! Bunch of crooks!
WARNING. This company DOES NOT OFFER a 14 day cooling off period. Meaning if you purchase a policy and want to cancel within 14 days (as I did), you are still liable for the full amount. They do very well in hiding from you at time of purchase. These guys also trade as J&M Insurance. They are currently being investigated by the FSO for bad practice, mis-selling and irregularities in their policy practices. Please save your time money and stress.
