Never use this company. They don't supply what they invoice you for and ask for proforma payment. My invoice stated, and I quote "Invoice for labour over 2 days based on 5 men each day 20/21 December 2018" . I had 4 turn up on the first day and none on the second...until I got on the blower and they pulled 2 guys off another job and they were there for 4 hours. All equates to 5 men for 1 day! Don't trust director Martin King of Kings Transport Services Ltd, he won't take ultimate responsibility for his company..."I was out of the country on holiday". Jim the main guy who came to run the labour, he was a good guy, no reflection on his work. Thanks Jim.
They will keep you outside in rain for hours until well taken your documents and unload the truck.
A measure of a company should not be by whether or not things go wrong; they will - instead I measure in how well issues are rectified. Plus otherwise great for pallet deliveries 99.9% perfect!
