These guys are cowboy builders. Avoid at all costs! These guys are responsible for doing my bathroom in my rented flat, their standard of work is consistently appalling, in every possible aspect. I washed a ring down my bathroom sink and today went to unscrew the U bend to retrieve it, only to find they have used bathroom sealant to permanently attach the U bend to the plug hole under the sink!!! Sloppy sloppy work, tiling is uneven and they didn't even bother washing the tiles down afterwards. They didn't bother sealing the tiles at the bottom and there is an inch gap between the floor and the tiles on the wall where ants come in every summer. If you want work done, I recommend you watch a video on Youtube and I guarantee you will do a much better job. These guys should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
This is THE worst maintenance company I've ever came across.Unprofessional work carried out by uncertified and inexperienced workers.Examples: My garden door came off and was GLUED back in place. Fell off again the next day.Various water leakages inside the walls / neighbouring apartments have repeatedly been "repaired" by "redecoration" i.e. painting over the visible water damage. Result: a week later it looks the same.The bathroom has a leakage pushing water through the wall to the kitchen, with mould as a result and the paint falling off the walls. Again, proposal for repair, to seal and redecorate. My experience is that a certified and professional repair would involve an industrial heater drying out the walls for a few weeks before any repairs and redecorations should be carried out.STAY AWAY!Can provide photos if anyone is interested :)
