I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for selling my property for me. I have been looked after by Martin. It was quite a difficult house to market because there were no houses around to compare to but we got a great result. My Uncle had left me the house when he passed away. Having never had a house to sell I was very much in the dark. Martin phoned all the time with any information he had and kept me up to date. If I wasn't sure of something I was never made to feel silly and Martin would explain until I did get what was going on.
