Shocking. Came to measure up. Heard nothing. Chase them up. Heard nothing. Went into the store. Promised it would be looked into and they would come back to me asap. That was a week ago. Heard nothing. Bearing in mind I would be having 4 rooms carpeted, they obviously do not need the business.
