Very disappointed in my treatment today. I dialled the number and was told it was not recognised. Used another number and finally reached an operative who called me darling and love which I objected to. I told the operative this and asked him to call me by my name. The operative then disconnected. What has happened to the lovely service I received last year?

Telephonists are so helpful. Always a pleasure to use. Never had a problem. Most reasonable fares. I love that I get a text when the cab arrives and they're always here when they say they will be. Highly recommended.How come they can get to me in Epping from North Weald quicker than Elite or Lawlors? It's my first choice every time.
