Free house in the forest. Good selection of ales and tasty home cooked food. Proper welcoming pub. Perfect for lunch when walking in the woods.
Fantastic as always. Old school British pub. Great service and beer selection. Smaller menu than elsewhere but never a problem. Go guys!
Standard traditional style pub, e.g. incandescent bulbs, wood architecture, British food and snacks etc. Food served until 3pm on Saturdays. They allow dogs which is handy. 5 for a sandwich with salad and crisps is a decent price. Cobblestone parking outside and benches. Staff are nice. Nothing bad and no complaints at all, it's a very typical pub rather than a pretentious or over expensive one.I would come back here again to try something else on the menu like the burger or all day breakfast.
