Very helpful and polite would go again
I purchased a Range rover evoque yesterday I am completely made up with it . Having traveled a long way purely on a description given to me by Nikki over the phone it matched everything she explained a lot of garages tell you there car is great when in truth that's not the case at all an having experience in this I found Nikki to be very honest telling me in great detail about light scratches and overall condition. I found all members of staff to be friendly , helpful and went to great lengths to make sure the car was ready for me for collection yesterday ! iwould definitely go back and recommend any one to buy a car from these guys ..
On my arrival met by a very unfriendly lady who basically ushered me away to move my car. Why would anyone put up with rudeness when there is so much choice out there, particularly with online? This person is the face of the company on arrival, she could have dealt with me much better. I walked back to my car and drove off down the road to a much better customer friendly showroom and bought one there.

I had an issue with my wheel on a car I bought from Auto 2000 (I probably took some nasty pothole). And I decided to ask staff from Auto 2000 for help with resolving this. And all of them were very helpful and helped to sort the whole thing out for me for a good price! I definitely recommend them. EDIT: I just sold my car and the new buyer told me that MOT records show that the wheels were cracked and welded before I bought the car. The new buyer did a full HPI check which I didn't as I unfortunately trusted the company.
