Bought a car from these guys 4 years ago. It had severe engine damage and they covered it up with all kinds of reassurances. This car has caused me nothing but misery for as long as I have had it and still has problems to this day. I took them to court and recovered 1000 for an engine rebuild but the car is still not in good health. Don't be fooled by the various names and assurances given by these imbeciles, their cars are trash.
Avoid, these guys are cons. Brought a car from them that is not fit for use. Terrible service, pushy, aggressive and rude. Do your research thoroughly they are buying the positive reviews and keep changing their business name every few months. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. Avoid at all costs.
I purchased a car from this dealership in September 2018 that was not of a satisfactory quality. Before the purchase of the 2008 BMW 3 series, the dealership failed to address the significant issues with the car, specifically relating to the engine. During the purchase of the car, the dealership owner Danish (which is probably a fake name) stated he would service the automobile. He also mentioned that he would add warranty on to the car. However, two days later the vehicle was displaying major engine and gearbox problems, which caused a breakdown. During this incident I attempted to call him, he refused to answer even after leaving many voicemails. The car was then taken by the warranty company for a diagnosis, which led to the findings that the vehicle was not serviced adequately and the engine had to be reconditioned. The Warranty company confirmed that this was clearly an issue with the car before my purchase. When I did call the dealership, he was still refusing to answer my calls. I have requested a refund within the first week of purchasing the car via email and voicemail messages, which the dealer refused to acknowledge.The car remains in the garage due to the above issues and has caused me an excess amount of pain and stress. In regards to my employment, it has had an impact, as I need to travel appropriately 80 miles a day for work. I am on the verge of losing my job because of the pain this, it has caused me and my family a lot of strain.Also, on the receipt, he noted trades sale. He attempted to get around the law by saying its a business to business sale when I obviously do not own a business. Rudest and biggest con man I have ever met!PLEASE PLEASE to anyone even considering buying from this man Danish do not even step foot in his dealership. Save the hassle and buy from a more respected dealership or even a private seller, because it is a lot safer than to purchase a car from this man! Dont believe any positive feedback.
if i could give 0 stars i would. These guys were keen to sell me a car, but the aftercare was awful. I had bought warranty from them & they made me use the garage near them to fix the problem. I recently found out that you can go to any registered garage legally. When i dropped the car off the owner refused to get out his car so i had to speak to them through the car window. Since then they have refused to give me any record of what was done to the car making me wonder if they have done anything at all.... through out the whole process they have been rude & intimidating. keen to sell but not keen to care after this is done.
Honest. No messing about. straight answers. very reasonable. Excellent service. Bought a car drove 150 miles home and also 4months later stil no issues. Highly recommended. Will be my first stop next time i decide to purchase a car!
